AOT Forms (AOT Community of Practice, March 2024)

Join our community of practice members as we talk through different barriers and disconnects with different court forms required in the assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) order process. Kristina Morgan, Court Liaison from Wayne County helps us demystify the lack of nuance in certain forms, and we talk through problem-solving techniques with forms and working with the courts.
