CB400の現役世代ではないですが、あの時代にカフェレーサー的なデザインのバイクを出した事が凄いと思います。 400で止まってしまいましたが、750でメーカー手曲げの集合マフラーを出していればどうなっていたか、ホンダって凄い。 それ以上に学生時代に乗っていたなんて、本物のバイク好き！

こんにちは、古い模型ばかり作っていましたので、甘いディテールを蘇らせたいとのと、模型的な嘘(塗装)の部分とリアルをなんとか一つに出来ないかと、少しずつですがトライしています。 見苦しい所もあるかと思いますが、塗装のゴールは程遠いです。 スポーク治具、リムの合わせ目消しと塗装の為ですけど、少しコツが必要です。 これも、製作方法が定まるよう努力中です。 ありがとうございます😊。

Ah - the legendary CB 400 with the "four into one" exhaust system and the characteristic sound. My friend "cleaned" the inside of the silencer, after which it was a "four into nothing" system with a very characteristic sound :-= Very nicely built!!

This motorcycle did not sell well because it was too expensive to manufacture, but it is now at a premium price in Japan. It was a legendary motorcycle. Thank you to you and your friends!

@ゆっちゃん 素晴らしい工作技術にいつも驚嘆しています。 よろしければ、使用材料その他について教えてください。 ・コード類のビニールチューブ？の商品名は何ですか？又、今回使用しているその径は？ ・電線には何をつかっているのですか？ ・アルミパイプと真鍮パイプの特徴とその使い分けを教えてください。 ・洋白線と真鍮線の特徴とその使い分けを教えてください。 ・よく塗装の初めにオキサイドレッドを使われていますが（今回のエンジンでも）、サーフェイサーとし　　　　　　　　　　てですか？ ・各種金属に使っているピンバイスのビットはプラモデル用でよいのでしょうか？ ・よくパイプの端部をつぶして蝶ネジに加工されていますが、そのテクニックを少し詳しく教えてください。つぶした端部を半分に割るのには何を使っているのですか？ 以上です、長くなり恐縮ですがよろしくお願いします。

ご質問ありがとうございます！ コード類: タミヤパイピングケーブルで0.5から全て揃えています。 オートバイはスケールに合わせて0.65から使っています。 ⚪︎電線 市販の電線の被覆を剥いて、心線を使っています。 太さのある管などは糸はんだを使っています。 アルミと真鍮パイプ: カラーリングで使い分けています。 強固な接着、ハンダ付けが必要な場合は真鍮パイプを使い、曲げや潰し加工が必要な場合、アルミパイプです。 ⚪︎洋白線と真鍮線 カラーリングで使い分けています。 洋白線は真鍮線より曲がりにくいので、シャフトには洋白線、複雑な曲げ加工の必要な管類には真鍮線を使っています。 ハンダ付けは同等だと思いますが、接着は洋白線の方が優れていると感じます。 真鍮線は洋白線より塗料が乗りますし、酸化していい具合に劣化色が付きますので、古いバイクの配管には迷わず真鍮です。 ⚪︎オキサイドレッド ウエザリング効果を出したい時に使っています。 ウエザリングはエナメル系の塗料を使っていますので、ラッカー塗料を若干溶かし、薄く赤茶色が出てきますので、いい塩梅になるからです。 世の中にはラッカーの上にエナメルOK、その逆NGとありますが、そんな事はありません。 効果的であれば、なんでもします。 溶剤は専用使うべきですけど。 ⚪︎ピンバイス プラモ用というか、金属用であればなんでもOKです。 ただ、筆もそうですが、安物はやめたほうがいいです。 入手が容易ならタミヤのもを使っています。 ⚪︎蝶ねじ アルミパイプにアルミより硬い、ステンレスバネ線、洋白線等を差し込んで、平らなペンチで軽く何度も潰していくと、自然とアルミは切れていきます。 ただ、アルミの厚みと差し込む金属の太さの差が大きい程効果的にアルミが二分されますので、トライアンドエラーで限界を知ると使える用途がわかるかなと思います。 ご質問ありがとうございます。また、何かご不明な点がありましたら、コメントください。
