Great tutorial. I got mine a couple of weeks ago and haven't had time to play around with it. But it is much better than a smooth I purchased that no longer works with my phone. One thing you mentioned in one of your comments was that you don't need to balance it which isn't true exactly. You do need to balance it so that it is stable on all three axis's. The gimbal will fix this somewhat when you turn it on but if it's not balanced your motor will be working harder than it should and not last as long as if you balanced it. It is a little tricky to figure that out, but once you do it's simple to remember. There's a really cool feature when you triple push the button where it rotates 180 degrees. It's very useful for a very smooth cinematographic effect and it does it perfectly while you're moving or stationary. This performs much better than the other gimbal at about one third the price. And it's very solid and sturdy as well. Thanks for a great tutorial.

How do you get the part that holds the phone to be stable instead of flopping around??

You have to connect it to the app. Once you do it will stabilize. So step one download the app. 2) Make sure Bluetooth connection is there between phone and app. 3) open app while it is in the gimbal device

You can but you might not have all of the same functionality as the products app

For the hody tracking, it just shows as a vertical rectangle box following the body, not what you show in your video using the app. Im on android, is there a way to fix that?

When I do it…it shows lines and body triangles. Does it follow ur body nevertheless? Maybe you’re jacked and it creates a box instead of lines? 🤣

@@TheBuscemiFamily 😂 I think so. I forgot to ask are you using an android or iPhone? I watched a few more videos and saw the majority of the reviews using iPhones which shows the lines and body triangle like you mentioned. There was one reviewer that was using an android phone and it only shows a box. It does follow my body but it isn't stable/accurate since if it loses tracking then it will randomly track any object, person, clothing, etc.

It works both ways. If you hit and hold briefly one of the buttons on the gimbal it will turn vertically

I like it especially when I’m filming myself so it follows my body or my face. Also it allows me to use my phone which everyone has as opposed to buying a GoPro. I put a link in the description so if you do buy it go ahead and use that link. Appreciate you watching buddy!

This only works with the app :( like if I used WhatsApp to video call it won't have face tracking or can it

The app has all the features like object/body/face following and more but I suppose you can use it either without the app…you just won’t have those features

@@suhel.choudhury I do not have this problem. First you put the cell phone on the gimbal. Then you turn on the gimbal. So long as you have the app downloaded and connected via Bluetooth…the gimbal will automatically bring the phone into balance. At that point you can use it manually or use the face or body following function.

Sorry bud…it’s super easy. You hit object tracking then draw a box around the object u want to track and it will follow it
