mhargie praise tsubaki is the main reason that i watched you lie in april. i was really irritated that kusei just ignore tsubaki.the most touching love story is the one with tsubaki the kaori and kousei love story isnt so thrilling just boring

ashley s Right I mean I get it the other is his love interst. But she is his best friend. I love that they put her in there. Learning to let go of a best friend is a part of growing up. I could relate to that part so much.

I feel the same although it was a guy and he was a friend of mine. Not my best friend but a friend nonetheless. It just sucks that I let my feelings take away my friendship with him. I don't have any feelings for him now so wasting my friendship with was all wotrthless. I regret doing it till thid day that I don't want to like someone now. Maybe a fictional character, a celebrity or someone from afar, just not someone close to me.

I kinda feel like she was a bit left out, I know she played an important role but it just sucks because she was awesome and pretty relatable. If they even make season 2, they better have her play a extra important role. Cool AMV it was 🔥 and fit the anime so well.

Honestly Kaori is more pretty than tsubaki and tsubaki is such a cutie around her personality

I just feel that tsubaki was full of reactions and feelings for Kousei and he was never looking all these little things.

the dislikes are by people who cant understand a masterpeice when they see it

I can't honestly believe myself than I'm in the minority again for this anime... Most cried for Kaori (which I do understand, except that I'm spoiled, lol) but I shipped Kosei and Tsubaki since episode 1 and it's her story that I focused on the most. Her story was really heartbreaking especially since even if she likely ended up with Arima, he'll never love her the way he did for Kaori. Tsubaki deserved better, honestly. This song and relationship reminds me so much of Kanau and Taihei from Umaru-chan even if it's just my own personal headcanon. It really hurts to be a red-herring💔

I love how the music adds to the atmosphere. Great job!

By the way, you should not feel bad for Tsubaki cuz Kousei love her so much since childhood. Tsubaki is his true love and his inspiration why he played the piano, he just forgot it due to his depression . (No offense to Kaori's fans) Their the real couple both in the anime and in the manga. If you want to know more about it, you may want to read the manga (Your lie in April Coda).
