ANYONE WHO WILL LIKE THE CARROT AFTER THAT !! QUICK RECIPE IDEA

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of carrots
- 500ml of water
- 1 cube of beef broth
- 1 onion
- 2 tsp. to c. powdered sugar
- 1 bouquet garni
- 95 gr of sweet butter
- 150 gr of washed rice
- Spice of your choice
Method of the recipe:
Cut 1kg of carrots into rings
Prepare a broth with 500ml of water and a beef cube
Finely chop 1 onion
Brown the onions for a few minutes
in a pan with 1 drizzle of olive oil
Add the carrots
then add half the beef broth
Add 2 tsp. to c. powdered sugar
Add a bouquet
And finally add 25 gr of sweet butter
Then cover with a sheet of baking paper and cook 30 min over low heat
Add 150 gr of rice washed halfway through cooking
with the rest of the broth and finish cooking without the baking paper
Pour into a mold, cover with baking paper and heat 30 min at 175 °
After cooking, remove the bouquet garni and add 70gr of butter before mixing everything into a puree
Add the spices of your choice (here I put Dill)

Super l'astuce pour le feuille de cuisson bon par contre les carottes et moi on n'est pas trop copines 😂

Oui c'est une astuce de Chef ;) Ah il faut essayer alors hihi Ma grande n'aime pas ça les carottes mais ainsi elle adore ♥
Faudrait que j'essaye... J'arriverai peut-être a refaire manger des carottes et du riz a ma fille, qui a la phobie des carottes (mauvaise expérience a la cantine...) 🙄🙄

C'est pas qu'elle n'aime pas les carottes, elle adorait ça. Mais une cantinière l'a forcé à manger de la purée de patate douce en lui disanr que c'était de la carotte. Depuis, elle refuse tout aliment orange
