Anyang Forging Press has designed complete forging systems that are based on the user’s technical requirements. Our goal is to create complete forging systems that deliver reliability, protect the environment, labor and energy efficiency are reliable and above all, produce the highest quality forgings possible. These systems typically include the heating units, the manipulators, the actual forging system, the molds, and mold lubrication system, the flue gas system, and online inspection of the parts. By designing a complete forging system we can design for productivity, flexibility, and the high-precision quality needed by our customers.
Utilizing Anyang Forging Presses more than 60 years of forging experience, we work with the customer to design a complete forging system from the first concepts to simulation, equipment selection, the detailed layout including the integration of the various machines as well as mold design. Anyang Forging Press also provides support for installation, debugging, training, and ongoing support for the customer.
The Electric screw press is an ideal forging system for many different applications. Anyang Forging Press can provide both direct drives as well as gear drive presses. The Electric screw press is extremely rigid and flexible with various upper and lower ejection devices. The ejection stroke is accurate and controllable.
