I'm turning 18 in less than a month, and I am tired of not taking care of myself. I want to shave off that skinny fat and get strong. I'm 6'5", so it would be disrespectful to me to not take advantage of my genetics and get a good physique. I watched your videos and it inspired me to start fighting and training hard. I went for a taster at a good Muay Thai gym yesterday, and while I was gassed and struggled to do jump rope and and the other warm-ups before learning the basics, I loved it. I'm now going three days a week for 45 minutes per session. I will also be going to a trade school early in the morning til mid afternoon every weekday. I realize there is no excuse for mediocrity, and I'm bouncing back. Thanks for helping me get on the right path man.

The posture of shoulders back and chin up is naturally achieved by doing push ups, pull ups and sit ups. However I have a good tip for people that don't exercise. Stand in the mirror and put your into the back of your jean pockets (or pants). Push your hands down until your shoulders roll back and your chest puffs out. See how it looks from the side, like you're a super army solider SAS? Do that whenever you walk into a room or meet new people. Also do it when you pose in photos.

Listen. Girls don't want a guy who has a high status symbol. Don Quixote said it all: You should know, Sancho,” responded Don Quixote, “that there are two kinds of beauty: one of the soul and the other of the body; that of the soul is found and seen in one’s understanding, chastity, virtuous behavior, liberality, and good breeding, and all of these qualities can exist and reside in an ugly man; and when a person looks at this beauty, and not at that of the body, an intense and advantageous love is engendered. I see very clearly, Sancho, that I am not handsome, but I also know that I am not deformed; it is enough for a virtuous man not to be a monster to be well-loved, if he has the endowments of the soul which I have mentioned to you.”

Just kind of the way the muscle wraps around. Not sure if I should keep chewing and just see if it fixes itself or not. Mewing is definitely a good idea, unless you have an overbite than be careful.

    >stay low carb I tried a low-carb diet, training 5-6 times a week (2-3 times weightlifting or compound lifts, 3 times thai boxing), as a result, after a couple of months I began to feel that I was not recovering enough and had little energy. Also, in my case, it was not possible to maintain the needed level of calories to maintain my bodyweight, because I cannot afford to eat only steaks or something like that. I tried to replace carbs with fats, ate an insane amount of salo (Slavic food, in fact, just a piece of salty lard, contains an insane amount of calories and fats) - and it seemed to work, the energy level rose, but it was very boring to eat. So I went back to carbs. Moral of the story: Don't demonize carbs if you need them as an athlete, you won't get any benefit if you cut them out anyway.

  • @dale2283

I personally feel my best when I stick to a zero carb diet. No puffy face. No tiredness in the mornings. Better overall health. It is expensive of course, so it's difficult to follow strictly when money hasn't grown yet. But honestly if I had the option to, I would choose to never eat carbs again.

Man if u struggling to afford a haircut let me tell you. Since quarantine i have started to cut my hair myself and boy what a gamechanger that is. No waiting, no traveling to the barber, no money spent other than the machine itself, a mirror and a scissor. Most important thing: you do your hair WHEN you want and even better HOWE you want it. First ones will look messy but man get a nice tutorial or something, you will learn by the time...i'm never going to a barber anymore...

I also learned how to cut my hair myself during quarantine, I can even do a fade. Small tip for others that want to do their own haircut: use a pomade/paste/gel. Since our own haircuts are not perfect, leaving a longer hair on top and using a paste to style it can hide some imperfections.

I was in the same boat. I am still fairly close to the shore with this but at lesat my boat is out of the port now. So.. tought thing to say but tougher to hear. Maybe you still have work ahead of you. For me, I battled through childhood trauma, issues in family, self-image, self-respect, masculinity, physique, emotional stability. And after all that, I still was not there. Yet I felt like I should have been. It started to change about 2 years ago. So. Keep focusing on your work. But also notice the areas of your life or yourself that you neglected. For me, I focused on work past 7 years for example. So I slowly started to scale it back, made my money make money for me through investments.

Getting pummeled in the face regularily is not the best idea to raise your testosterone in the long run, since the pituitary gland, which is the body's main endocrine regulator is situated at the center of your brain inside a bony saddle. Repetitive impacts to the head structure will cause trauma to the pituitary gland and thus can lead to hypopituitarism, which is a condition characterised by clinically low levels of certain hormones including GH as well as FSH and LH, which play a key role in gonadal function, regulating the secretion of testosterone and estrogen in men and women.

Great video, just to let you know it’s misleading to have people believe you gained 8kg of muscle in 3 months. Even in you’re first year of training you can’t actually gain 8kg of actual muscle even with the some of the best genetics in the world. It’s likely almost all of that was water weight, increased glycogen and some fat.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH. Study women psychology. Watch Better Call George. Women don't even care if you're musty all they care about is if you have semen retention, are confident and simplistic, and can set boundaries between them. Society has got it all wrong.

i agree . almost any man can become an 8 /10 in 20 years of work . but does worth it ??? i an not talking about small changes . i am talking about severe changes . like change height . change skin collor . change body and face structure . nothing is impossible today if you have the right mind and the right money . and you are not to old like 60 or something . the body needs time to adapt .
