Hey everyone so I know I’m not a doctor but this is just how I feel about anxiety. And I few ways I deal it with. I hope this just helps someone.

    It’s hard and a lot of the time you feel alone. And that’s the worst feeling so if just one person knows they are not alone then I’m glad to share

    I know the feeling 2 months ago I was having bad anxiety attack and went to the hospital I was in and out of the hospital with bad anxiety attack. Wasn't good doctor told me it's stress and take it easy. Thank you for telling your story

    @@thecreativeshack I'm doing better I try keeping myself busy doing Art's and crafts that what calms me down

    I understand this way to well! What helps me is essential oils and rescue remedy it’s something you can get on amazon or Whole Foods.

    Thanks for sharing because I can completely relate. It sucks and I have been dealing with anxiety since I was in high school. Do you have certain coping skills or have you taken therapy for this? I’m on the verge of reaching out thru therapy to get some coping skills. ❤️

    I did go to therapy. It helped now I do things on my own. I have to keep very organized. I also plan way ahead and get things done little by little I can’t wait to the last minute to get things does. I keep paper around the house so I can write things down right wanna. I also don’t cram a lot in and I try to give myself a day or 2 when we don’t have things to do.

    Also if you feel like you need to reach out for therapy you should. It’s only going to help you
