Yeh sab jb tk videos dekhk tb tk hi shi lgta hai phir bahar ki duniya mein aao toh whi bechaini whi dare whi rona... Kuch bhi kr lo man saant hi nhi hota... Namaaz pdho phir quraan jb tk pdha tb tk shi lgta phir reality bahur darwaani hai ali sir!! Pta hai ki rone se kuch nhi milne wala phir bhi rona aa jaata hai beshak Allah ne haalat bagut behtar rkhe hai phir bhi sukoon nhi hai dil khi na khi mayoos ho hi jaata hai....

Quran: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear..." (Quran 2:286) Hadith: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts and from being overpowered by men." (Sahih al-Bukhari) Explanation: Anxiety can be overwhelming, but Islam offers spiritual remedies such as prayer and supplication. Believers are reassured that Allah does not burden anyone beyond their capacity.

Sharing my personal experience Doing Astagfar 500 to 1500 times per day(some times more), really reduces the intensity of anxiety and panic attacks. I have received sustenance from sources i didn't expected. Do as much astagfar as you can (استغفراللہ) it has many benefits. And regarding (la hawla wala quwata illa billah) as Ali bhai mentioned it makes you stronger indeed it does makes a difference. And i would recommend to read the beautiful dua taught by RasulAllah ﷺ, books like Hizb-ul-Azam or Munajat-E-Maqbool are great sources to look for Duas. If you start your day with dua and tasbih it will make you more stronger to handle anxiety.
