Sir,i have felt such chest pains in my childhood,visited multiple doctors,no solution... Changed diet thinking it was due to acidity, again no solution,from childhood,I used to get disturbed sleep because of bad dreams and anxiety,saw doctors,no solution... Anxiety is too high now at the age of 23,I have to smoke minimum 1 pack of cigarettes per day,I also have some nerve problems with childhood my neck used to jerk,my face muscles used to twist involuntarily,my hands would jerk,saw doctors,no solution... Now these symptoms of nerve problems are 90 percent gone... But anxiety is higher that childhood(owing to smoking I guess) But situations was such,smoking was one thing which relaxed me... now i am trying hard to quit smoking,but I feel like I am losing my life when I don't smoke.. Please sir suggest potency of sulfur? Almost of the symptoms you told about are relatable.... Atlast I think I can do something with myself 😬

sahi kaha aapne jisko hota hai wohi samjhe bahut mind strong hona chahiye inn cheezon se bahar nikalne ke liye. kyunki bahut reasons hote hai maybe life mein bahut failures rahe har ek jagah se phase hue rehna mushkile badhna ye sab anxiety badha dete hai. tabhi kehte hai jiski life mein kam problems hai maybe woh inn cheezon se effected na ho aur woh bole ki sab mind ki baat hoti hai bhai. mind sahi rakho. yehi sab bolte hai log. par maine aise hi logo ko kuch din baad bahut badi problem mein pata hai jaha unka koi control nahi reh jata mind par. isiliye time acha toh sab acha time kharab to sab kharab
