Many thanks, I been tryin to find out about "social anxiety how to overcome" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Telaavar Anxious Amanita - (just google it )? It is a great exclusive product for removing the root cause of social anxiety without the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my close friend Aubrey got excellent results with it.

"The scariest place I've ever been is my own head." This hit me hard. Thank you for this video. I have been consumed by anxiety and off for many years, and I'm finally getting getting help and being proactive with learning how to live with it. It's a long, long process and some days are very hard, but also some days are good. Some weeks are good. And I'm proud of myself for continuing to endure this. To anyone out there who is going through this struggle, I'm proud of you for every moment you have managed to cope. Other quotes that resonated: "Nothing is permanent, it's always changing. Things need to unfold in their own way." "What you resist, persists." "In the days that are low, go with the flow." "I love having you here. You are a part of my life. I am not going to push you away. But you do not get to attack me. You are a part of my life, just as I am a part of you. You do not get to take the power."

Wangyel, It is all in the mind. God has given us life to enjoy. Meditation heals anxiety as it reprogrammes the mind. Watch alternate nostril breathing meditation videos on Google and do it for 5 to 10 minutes if possible twice a day. You can sit on a chair and do it. Second life transforming technique is to close eyes, sit in one place with back erect without moving for 5 to 10 minutes-Be still and observe your breath. Negative thoughts will reduce. Shyaaam Sir, Mentor. Make meditation a daily habit

@@ArsalanMonawar thank you so much. I am on my recovery journey at the moment but I am not sure if I am doing i right, like accepting the feelings to be there. It is really difficult for me to accept life in general. I already mourn over things like my mom passing away, my kids moving out, me aging. I can't enjoy the moment because these thoughts take over my brain and all my focus is on there. I simply can't accept the way life goes.... 😔. I was never worried about having a braintumor but I was scared of other brainrelated things like MS but all is good with me said the doctors. But to have health anxiety and never being able to relax is horrible. Thank you for making these videos. I like that calm way you talk. I will keep watching. I wish you happiness and strength. I've struggled with an anxiety disorder plus more for going on 25 years in October and it wasn't until recently after almost a life long battle that I found out what was causing my problems all along. I've been through hell and back but I'm still here and while I've been fortunate enough to be powerful enough to be able to deal with it un treated , I know that everyone isn't able to. For those who aren't as strong, it's okay! Just keep your head up and stay strong, it's all in your head. Trust that if I can do it, you can too. I have been practicing journalling since a few months , it helps so much with tracking progress, ups and downs, because anxiety kills memory too ... but I am not yet doing it in detail, just briefly.. Times are better now and I hope people suffering can find peace if they have panic attacks or depression. This video should have millions of views.

@@denise.delilah6953 Im happy to say that I’m doing a lot better than I was a couple months ago. Even a month ago from the last time I commented on this video. I started therapy and talked about my traumas. Incorporated meditation to my daily routine. Started journaling, praying working out and began to see progress. Healing takes time, I have good days and I have bad days. Sometimes I have moments where I stumble, but I remember the things I’ve learned during therapy, and videos I’ve seen on KZread and they anchor me back. I’m starting to find my safe space and learning to find things that make me feel good. I tend to follow that. And whenever I feel scared, unbalanced, anxious or panicky I remember to stop, breathe, and take a minute to just be.

Your so on it , I have heard people say I overcome it I don’t have anxiety anymore. It’s so what happened to me when I healed . I had several years without the disorder but I would still get some symptoms, like tingling or small episodes of the dream like state . I feel like your keeping it real . I also think you will see what foods ,drinks and so on make you get more sensitive to anxiety symptoms. Like if I drink alcohol after so many months I will start getting anxiety symptoms. I’ve tried stopping and starting more then a few times and it never fails. You do learn a lot about yourself that’s for sure . My health with my stomach has made this set back a little more harder to get through but I’m doing way better now then I did when I first had my anxiety years ago .

DUUUUUDE THIS VIIIIDEOOOOO I've been dealing with depression since 15 - my anxiety and panic attacks since early 20s - now at thirty I've just overcome the darkest year of my life and am trying with all my might to defeat my demons and be able to live to my potential Thank you for not being just another youtuber screaming 'believe in yourself! You've gasts thiiiis!' you shared a true story and I can see that your anxiety was a true experience. I originally just needed some reassurance that I wasn't alone and that others have overcome the paralysing life situation I am in... but little would I discover possibly some of the most sound advice I've ever had in my search for better understanding my mental health. Possibly for the first time in my life I've realised that Depression and Anxiety are not foreign entities within my mind - a sickness I have to purge to become healthy again They are both a very real part of me which have just come out of balance... that I just haven't been able to moderate I shouldn't be fighting them.... What you resist persists... thank you so much

Jeanette, It is all in the mind. Take some action. Make meditation a daily habit to change your life.

Wonderful energy, thank you so much Arsalan for such an inspiring story! I have been on medication for depression and anxiety for years and since last year on 12 step program as an Adult Child of Alcoholics. I am sure things happen for a reason and I do believe that finding this video is a good sign of the progress I am making in feeling less victimized by my mental issues. Despite all the suffering, my anxiety and depression have tought me a lot about self-love and self-compassion. What you are saying resonates within me a lot and feels like my own truth too. Accepting my anxiety and depression as a part of me instead of treating them as my enemies, inviting them to be my partners with mutually respected boundaries - that all sounds just the right and timely thing to do! What you talk about is in alignment with the teachings of my spiritual teacher David Hawkins and his emphasis on the power of letting go. Basically, your final words of being the one with anxiety and depressions is a step towards oneness and wholeness which are the essence of divinity, beyond duality and separation. Thank you and God bless you Arsalan !

@@thesilverone94Thanks, It is definitely a work in progress. I have good and bad days. I've been doing this medication free for several years now...not saying this is the way to go, but, I'm making changes and trying to stay away from areas that trigger...if it's possible. I still fail blood pressure checks at the doctor. I'll go home and it's normal...go to doctor, off the charts. Thanks for asking! You have a super day!

I haven’t even finished your video but I already know that I can relate to it so much. I think I went to the ER twice because I thought I was going to die. I’ve been feeling disconnected for almost two years. I thought that maybe I also had a brain tumor. I’m a very creative person so it totally makes a lot of sense. Currently, I’m feeling mentally drained all the time. I’m so done feeling this way. I thought I wanted to just end it all, but the reality is that I do want to live, just not like this. Thanks for giving us hope. ❤️
