Omg I fall asleep and wake up watching anxiety videos. I felt like it was helping but now im seeing it may be a defense mechanism 😮 wow

I appreciate your videos so much. Thank you for being so vulnerable. God bless you. 🙏 you are inspiring and brave, don't forget that. I wish you could do a video on breathing and hyperventilation. I have this issue.... I think about my breathing a lot.

Good morning really appreciate the videos . Would be curious to know of one of your compulsions was self checking . I seem to be caught in thus cycle right now and aware of every beat . Working on recovery right now but had a adrenaline rush for first time in long time and it's wrote me off . Once again appreciate the videos

I dont even have a fear of dying or the panic attacks themselves really, my fear is that i would develop agoraphobia. The fact you spent 10 years of your life like that terrifies me. I had bad anxiety/panic for a month and I was already getting hopeless. Why did it take you so long to get help?

I understand the fear of that. But don't fear having this disorder for years there were other factors I was faced with like childhood trauma that played a huge part in my agoraphobia. This was just my journey don't let it fear you.
