For anyone who may see this- I pray that we all find peace. Life is too short to be anxious all the time. We have to keep moving forward. And give it to God. He is bigger than all of those feelings . And just know , truly know, that you are never alone. I love you and I’m rooting for you, for me, tor all of us. It will make us stronger

I’m sure your job is like mine. I work at front desk handling complaints from many rude customers ranging from phone to face to face. The job is very toxic and stressful to me. I got yelled, pointed and cursed at by them. My co workers and boss are very toxic as well. I got social anxiety from that.

Getting exercise and eating right is hard enough when you aren't going through a depression and anxiety cycle... getting out of bed right now seems impossible . Just no energy for anything..

Donut wait for the energy to come. Act despite the lack of energy. Constantly. You can do it. Your brain is only telling you, that you can't and the body is believing your brain

I've been anxious for three months. A week ago I felt like my body crashed. I'm so Iethargic and my battery feels like it's on about 15% My anxiety feels worse because tiredness helps trigger it. Seems a never ending circle that I'm struggling to get out of.

Thank you so much for this, I feel this way almost every single day especially having dealt with the cycle of panic and anxiety attacks now going on 2 months. I know it’s going to get better, two years ago it was as bad as it is now so this isn’t my first rodeo with bouts of depression or GAD. This time around is really pushing me to find out everything I can about it, and taking the steps to improve my mental health as well as my physical health. Anyone else out there dealing with this, it’s going to be ok even if it doesn’t feel like it at the moment ❤️❤️

@@musicman76enator Are seeing a doctor/therapist/psychiatrist for what you are going through? I’m currently in between care due to no insurance, but I’m doing everything I can outside of the anxiety meds I’ve been prescribed to continue to push through and do what my therapist is suggesting. You will get through this! Trust me you will. It may not feel like it right now, but every day you wake up even if you aren’t feeling well do something that will uplift you. We will get through this.. and when we do we can report back here for an update.

Yeah - just getting so tired this Friday, after a very week of panic attacks - they seem to be subsiding now - but I am just exhausted. Thanks for the video. It confirms that this is a normal part of anxiety and anxiety recovery.

My work environment sucks especially for someone suffering from anxiety disorder. I work at front desk handling complaints from a lot of rude customers ranging from phone to face to face. I got yelled, pointed and cursed at by many many rude customers and it affects my mentality severely. I have to force my self to smile and speak softly although my whole body feels weak and trembling. It getting worse now. I can’t control my anxiety anymore. Even when I don’t think of anything I feel tired and exhausted from fight and flight response coming from solar plexus in my chest. My muscles get weak and trembling and my chest hurt. I can’t think straight.

It's like having an annoying motor in you that you can't punch and make stop. Like being duct taped into a car with your foot on the gas while your eyelids are heavy. I swear it's aging and destroying me. Tired of being hot and having insomnia. Every torturous day it lessens a little at least. They need to call it adrenal dysfunction or something instead of anxiety because it's a busted caveman system screaming at you to change your life so it'll stop.

@@poohbear2441I think it's dependent on a lot of factors such as experiences especially early on in life (can be triggers) but also how you were raised to think / process emotions and a little bit of genetics. I think the biggest impact is your outlook and it's probably the hardest to change.

I'll sometimes be able to go back to sleep but other times I'll just lay there for a second and go back to my room.
