This is indeed the metal anthem. I've played this song over 400 times the past few years; and I could play it a million times more, and it will still rock. Also I love how he talks into his guitar at the end of every gig.

I'm so f*ckin happy for these guys. I was just getting old enough and into heavy metal when Anthrax and Metallica were showing up. Had no idea they existed until recently. You HAVE TO WATCH the Anvil documentary if you missed it like I did. Amazing... On I-Tunes and worth every penny to rent. Believe me it's worth it and you'll be very happy you contributed to them.

I had no knowledge of Anvil until seeing this documentary last night. Yet I've been into metal since the late 80s as well. These guys really got zero attention.

I met Anvil in the 80's when I was a teenager, then I stopped hear about this band for many years until I watched That Metal Show talking about the premiere of the documentary many years ago. Being a drummer in a rock band in the late 80's and early 90's in my country and my band fell apart, seeing the dedication, the most heroic effort and the love of these guys about they do, made my eyes watered when i watched the documentary. They deserve an award, they are one of the forerunners of Metal.

in 2006 i was at two festivals in germany, the very first festival of rock of ages and wacken open air, i wish i could be also at bang your head to see anvil live, but it wasn't to happen, i was at bang your head in 2008 and bought the t-shirt of 2006, so i have a souvenir from that fest, anvil is a great live band, i saw a few live shows on youtube, thanks for sharing.

They sound great with dual guitarists because most of their recordings feature two guitar parts. No idea why the heck they just have Lips and no second guitarist now, they really need that second guitar to make it sound thick and proper.

It's so funny how people says "that aint a riff " this Song is cool, but Anvil sucks tho.." wtf.. you should really dive into Anvils back catalouge and listen. There are som high quality stuff there! Anvil is a great and very talentet band.

I've seen clips of the movie but yet to see the whole thing,everyone from Lemmy,Dave Grohl,Slash,Phil Anselmo have said they got a raw deal & never got the proper marketing! That sucks man ya think they would have corrected that back in the day & tried switching agents & record labels,who knows maybe they did I don't know. I'm gonna have to buy the movie & find out the whole story & the true story because I keep hearing different stories. I live in Stratford,On

Yup horrible. Lips had an offer to join Motorhead around ,83/84 and Robb had discussions about joining Ozzy, but their dedication and belief Anvil was gonna be huge kept them from jumping to those bands. But they are shitty as you say so what the hell does Ozzy or Lemmy know compared to you?
