They shoud copy foxhole and do the exact same but instead of guns and tanks, horses and swords

I think this could work better than foxhole due to the distances involved in combat. Really cool stuff

If I have to hear "where do I pledge" one more time.....

What a terribly designed castle. I know i know its testing and people are just having fun. But still i cant help being annoyed on the defenders behalf.

For any others who are curious, come join us on discord, link in the description. Tests are run roughly every two weeks, and there's a random drawing to bring in new players every test. Once you're in though, you're in for all future tests!

The way I see it, the opposite side has more skillful players. From timing of blocking & attacking in melee 1v1 and how they keep movement dynamic and strategic, and how fast they support their allies and isolate your "Heroic" alliance players. This is a really nice game

how big is the map compared to foxhole's? also are there regions like in foxhole?

Map is gonna be much larger, and not quite as regional like Foxhole. There are seams, but you just walk from one, enter a border region, and then end up in the next region

Yes, aside from a few ruins here and there, all structures are player built

i have so many hr and i been on the discord for this before it was even a game wanted to join Alpha and never got response im more into foxhole but i try this out it a unique era for this type of game- But only time and work will tell if it become a good game like foxhole has been.

There are multiple shards, but they are all joined together and you can cross between them in border zones

so this game is like foxhole but with swords and stuff?

It sorta ended a draw. Iron Bridge fell, and the forces fell back to the next town over at Crooked Castle. They tried pushing that castle but could not break it, and the Remnants eventually got back control of Iron Bridge (but couldn't reclaim it due to a bug), and then attempted to break the raiding camp and couldn't.

www.anvilempires.com/ They run regular playtests every two weeks or so. Shortly before each playtest, they open up invites on steam and randomly pick some of the applicants to play in all future playtests.

A lot of similarities, but also a lot of differences. There's not a giant front-line battle going on at all times like in Foxhole, at least not currently. People build up and prepare for large battles. Join us on discord and people will have a lot more answers (I'm not really a foxhole player to make proper comparisons)

It is indeed! Same company and engine, just a different group of individuals working on each project

The game is in english, but there are plenty of spanish players that end up building together.

This was never a problem! In Foxhole there's south americans, europeans, asians, everyone play's along or with their own, it always has been like this in most mmo's.

​@@Kunisaki blizzard have servers by region, and the region are the same languague. i dont wanna connect to a UK server with 9999 ping and forced to speak english but nobody will understand this point
