If you believe the law of karma and past life, one has a good life with great fortune is due to good deeds they did in Past life. And another factor would be hard work and dedication. However, (even if we believe in karma or not) we should be grateful for what we have. Becuase In reality, there are many who don't have a roof above their heads, food or basic necessities, (let alone internet) , and good enough health. In the end, everything is temporary, we have to be grateful, until it lasts.
