This is a good and sustainable way of running the business. Don't listen from these 'sharks'. They burn and build fast, then sell it off and retire or repeat.

From Kolkata, and have ordered from all their kitchens hundreds of times throughout last year. Quality is consistently good but portion sizes have decreased over time

Mai kolkata se hu and i have never heard of em' actually, even the biryani inc as well, for kolkata ,the price is quite overpriced and even most famous brands of biryani who has a heritage are also in the quite affordable range.Isse acha Barrackpore k Biryani try krlo... atleast taste ko leke koi compromise nhi krta,no doubt they had to go to shark tank for funding kyunki business chalne se rahi.😅

i hate cloud kitchens. all the food tastes the same with just different toppings to make it look different and most of items are just pre cooked and they are just heated and delivered. there is no real taste in cloud kitchen foods

@@ryppty53 it is very very very difficult to grow in food sector especially in a place like Kolkata, people over here hate cloud kitchens, for authentic indian dishes. Kolkata mein achi restaurant chalte chalte kab hawa hojaye aapko pata bhi nahi chalega. People of Kolkata have seen so many such examples where a restaurant was serving good food day in day out, but still got closed. So, there decision to stay out of this was good.

I’ve been ordering from Biriyani Inc for over 3 years now, saw it on swiggy back in 2021 & have been a customer ever since. Not once was I disappointed with their service, taste was amazing, quantity was nice & packaging was neat. And they also give frequent discounts & price points are slightly lower than famous brands like Arsalan & Aminia. Also they don’t use excess oil & spices but just the right amount which makes it so much better. I had no idea they’ve come a long way!
