How does your family cook it?
@maciekpawowski6815
4 жыл бұрын
@@GeekyBibliophile Every family cooks it differently, mainly we use a mix of a vegetable and white kielbasa stock and fermented rye liquid, which we season with garlic, bayleaf, allspice, marjoram and horseraddish. Then we thin it out with sour cream and add boiled potatoes, white kielbasa(which is fairly delicate) and hard-boiled egg to each plate. And that's roughly it. So no bacon, sometimes onion, never carrots, different kielbasa, no parsley. So it's a quite different soup, but kinda similarlish.
