How do you know? I've seen this a dozen times. I'm watching his fingers and they're triggering all the patterns. I own a Push 2 and he's hitting the right spots at the right time. I doubt this is a freestyle performance but this seems real to me. He probably rehearsed for the video. Idk either way this is goood.

Wtf is up with the weird camera effect? most present at when it zooms in at 0:48?? I feel like this alone is causing so many people to believe this performance was fake. wtf was the point of that effect other than to blur and lessen the mans performance (if he was indeed performing)...

Yup. The pads are just doing the same programmed light dance the whole time. No change in sequences for different tracks/instruments.
