Cut the whole thing 5cm and then measure 1½cm each side on one end you should be left with 2cm in the centre as you go along make your way out and when you reach the other end you should end in the corner

i thought this is supposed to be anti stress but it brought me more stress!

I was also confused about it cause the strip is not 2cm x 5cm rectangle like you might understand from the video. The other end is 2cm wide and the other end is 5cm wide so that the strip gets wider slowly.

it seems that the strip started as 2 cm, and then the lines curved outward so it would reach 5 cm.

i dont think a lot of people really know this. origami is just pure folding paper. without cutting, glue, taping. just folding

1 it will only be one colour and more weaker 2 you need to have different colour sheets but it different colours and stronger
