Rewatching this and saving it in playlist as I've just switched over to ABS 2 EVO 2.3mm and played twice now but need to remind myself the different shots capable. I posted a video if ever you want to watch and give pointers, I was only trying to learn the passive block and lift at first session (in the vid) but last night (no vids) I was trying to do the slightly more aggressive shots

Lisbel Salankvist I think it was ABS2 2.3mm. Thank you for the comment.

Hi Michael, I am still learning how to do use anti spin, and the passive lift is what I struggled with the most. I wanted to do a fast passive lift like yours but I tends to either hit it way off the table or it landed too high and slow, so people would just smash on that. I'm using diabolic on a offensive blade, and I think my setup should be pretty easy for passive lift, so definitely just me messed up the technique. Any ideas what I may have done wrong?

Hin5525 I think first you can try to brush the ball upward from the descending period of the coming ball. Because from the descending period can prevent you from hitting too hard. Hope this helps!

Hin5525 by the way, like I said, passive lifting is generally slow, so you need also to think about putting the ball at a spot that is difficult for your opponent to return. It’s ok to be slow, but just don’t feed it right to your opponent’s favorite spot.

Hi Micheal can you teach me how to deal with no spin balls ? I have a problem when my opponent serves no spin onto my backhand.

AA7 if it is short, you can deal with it like side spin, make short drop shot is the best choice; if it is long, make aggressive long push to your opponent’s two deep corners(forehand corner & backhand corner), play 2-guess game with him.

Hello Michael, I have a lot of trouble with empty balls, they beat me by throwing empty balls, I welcome full balls, but I am very bad at empty balls, what should I do? Use Yasaka Anti power 2.0 mm

Use aggressive chopping movement I did on 2:31 , empty no-spin ball is better to be dealt with active movement in order to be stable.
