All the cars comes with anti rust coating in the required places where two metals join in under chasis from 10 years before....I am having suzuki swift 2014 model...it came with anti rust coating in the under chasis

Anti rust paint is good if you park your car in soil during rainy season & the vehicle nearest to coastal region. So car comes with coating but some didn’t. So it’s additional safety to your car. I have seen many rented vehicles without the coating their under chassis gets rusted between 7 to 10 years. But it should be painted properly without touching other parts.

Brother perfect explanation...but here the problem is authorised service centre people aslo advice the customers to do the undercoat paint...so customers believe that and blindly go with their words.

Sir very good explanation. But for my new car Hyundai santro 2019 models magna, I was brain washed by the service executives. I did under chase paint 🙄. Again they asked me to coat silencer paint coating. But I strongly opposed it. By God's grace I saved my money and my lovable car.

If you would've posted this video 2 months ago, I would've not wasted my money of 7,000 Sir.. They've literally cheated me.. And, would like to know what I should do next? Should I let it remain in the under chase? Or multiple water washes to be done to remove the coating..? Please advise Sir.. Thank you 🤝 don't worry, you can't remove the coating, just check the under chase platform edge side carefully every year, that's all. Because the water deposit that side only.

but my opininon is we need to paint under chassis for old vehicles atleast every where because i have tata indica v2 20 year old vehicle recently renewed for another 5 years i my self painted anti rust paint by hand i have not taken the vehicle to service station because they are demandind rs 3000 and ur correct as said brakes will get damaged iam living in visakhapatnam sea coast area ,lot of problem with rust any how iam managing my car maximum on y own but what u said is correct there is no need of anti rust for new vehicles

அடித்து விட்ட பிறகு ஒன்றும் செய்ய முடியாது, அப்படியே விட்டு விடுங்கள், அதனால் நன்மையும் இல்லை தீமையும் இல்லை, ஒரிஜினலாக அடிக்காமல் இருக்கும்பொழுது, வாட்டர் சர்வீஸ் செய்யும் பொழுது அடிப்பக்கத்தில் பார்த்தால் வித்தியாசமான கலரில் அழகாக இருக்கும். இப்போது முழுவதுமாக கருப்பாக இருக்கும் அவ்வளவுதான்.

I agree with you. I had 2012 Maruti A star. It got rusted in 5 years.. I asked the company they told that due to the car has been parked in street It may happen and asked to do Anti rust coating.

enathaan 50K mobile vaangunaalum, 100 Rs temper glass varaadhu. But mobile keela potaa temper glass irundhaa kaapathirum. but without temper, screen will be broken. 50K mobile manufacturing panravanuku oru 100 Rs temper poda theriyaadha ena. But indha example car chasis paint ku porundhumaanu therila. Anyway big thanks to you. you saved few thousands for me as I just booked a vehicle .. :)

Sure, you can't compare with mobile, because it's broken part, also temper removable part, but low quality paint can't removable if you don't want

Ok, also the better idea is, go to the tinker workshop and remove all the rust, then welding the exact place then spray good body paint, that is the best solution
