I've listened to lectures/webinars on this topic at least 10 times but WOW this was the best. So clearly explained and the slides were extremely helpful (visual learner here!).
Appreciate very informative ; am diging inthe R-Lipoic Acid & Myo-Inositol for insulin sensetivity , also for the subclinical Proinflamation done by Hyperisulinemia .
