Mr. Gandhi should be allowed to speak freely, especially in Parliament, even when his views are abhorrent, motivated by religious bigotry, and intended to fan violence. Free speech. However, free speech does not mean that he cannot be held accountable. He has violated some core principles that his base and leaders in Bareilly and elsewhere should address. Also, it is better to have snakes reveal themselves in the open rather hidden in the grass.
