I’m not even exaggerating if he improves his work rate off the ball he would be considered top 5 players in the world. Not every player need to run more to be effective. Look at players like salah messi Ronaldo. They don't go back to defend. Does that make them lazy? No. Ole need go play him in his right position and that is as a striker because for me rashford is overhyped

(4-1victory).....he just doesn't run to ask for the ball from rashy. He doesn't run to create spaces for others. He doesn't take those attacking positions needed for the goal

Go see the defensive stats, and compare it to City's entire outfield players defensive stats. Even Aguero and Sane do more defensively than Martial. So damn lazy. Wrong let me correct it. EVERY SINGLE OUTFIELD CITY PLAYER did more defensively than Martial in 17/18. I still remember when for a short moment, Martial actually became more hard working under Mou. Such that Mou actually ran out onto the pitch to give Martial a slap in the back for running back to track the ball. Fucking good job. And then, it all disappeared again....

He isn’t rashford only plays well when the team plays well. Martial turned up when Mourinho was in the shit. Better dribbler, playmaker, finisher and passer. Rashford appears to work harder though.

Shi Felix have you seen tony martial? As a united supporter i like both of them but talent wise martial can do anything and everything. He's saved us multiple times since he's come. One of the most vital players in the squad. He u like rashford can beat a man without speed. He's the total package. Just if he was English everyone would have recognized.
