I love when AD randomly becomes the best player in NBA history.

We all wish AD played close to this level every time, but the times he does are always fun to watch. Congrats to the Lakers. Even though the in-season tournament has been questionable in certain regards, this was still a good debut for it. The teams involved showed a lot of competitive fire and a lot of the games were really good. Well done by all the teams involved!

Wow what a shocker who would've seen that coming! Not even surprised the Lakers won considering Adam Silver and the NBA wants to see LeChoke win so badly. Adam silver paid the pacers a lot more than the 500k from the tournament to throw this game to make LeCrybaby look good. AD with quite the lucky game dont expect this type of performance from him EVER again, he will go back to flopping around dropping 6 points and getting injured every game. NBA is all for ratings and they added this tournament just for the facts to add another accomplishment to LeFlops career but the truth of the matter is hes a bust and will never be the G.O.A.T that title belongs to the Black Jesus Michael Jeffrey Jordan!

When AD is focused and attacking he really can be a beast... played through contact early, great cuts late, blocks throughout... wonderful game.

I Love when Davis play with passion he’s unstoppable when he’s motivated much success to the lakers withness greatness ⭐️

D Angelo does a good job facilitating the ball just got the ball to Davis all game which is smart when he’s hot and no one can stop him, but I want to see him do more offensively scoring wise

I hope the Lakers build off this. They clearly played differently in the IST games, they won so now they can keep this going cause if AD stays this aggressive I like them against anybody

Pretty sure Anthony Davis can be consistently dominant like this if he's being used well. We've all seen it in 2020 where he plays the PF position for the most part. It's also the exact reason why Lebron led the league in assists and was so efficient in playmaking. Darvin Ham needs to realize that Davis is NOT a center, he has Christian Wood and Hayes for that which are pretty damn good players as supporting centers for AD.

Best performance as a Laker? Around this same time last season he dropped 55 pts 17 rebs 3 blks against the Wizards. 2019 he dropped 50 pts 7 rebs 6 assists 4 stls 1 blk 20-29 FG 10-10 ft on the Timberwolves.

When AD goes like this, Lakers are invincible

It’s a hard reality to face but the truth is, he is one of the most talented PF to ever play the game. He can’t do this on a nightly basis, that’s just reality. Too many injuries. If the lakers figure out a way to manage him without getting him injured, limit his mins during the regular season he’s gonna be dominant in the playoffs. That’s just being realistic. We can’t expect AD to do this every night but the times he’s ready, he’s unstoppable

Big time game from a big time player

Indy had no answer for AD. Just bludgeoned them in the paint all night. Lakers are hard to beat when this AD shows up.

In the second highlight, Russell is just walking it up the floor and when he gets to the logo he passes to Davis who is cutting down the lane, but somehow after all that time the Pacers defenders are all behind Anthony Davis. They had plenty of time to get down the floor, the Lakers didn't run that quick of a play. The Pacers just don't play defense, at all. They play All-Star game type of defense.

That's really the Achillies heel of this Pacers team and why they aren't true true contenders. They can't play good defense. The Pacers have one of the greatest offenses in NBA history statistically but like all great offenses, if you can't play defense and you go cold one night and can't hit a shot like they did tonight, you're gonna get blown out.
