I was overweight, sensitive about my weight. It was my insecurity. Some women at church would mention it to spite me. I decided 2023 was the last year I was going to complain about my weight. I discovered this song when I was doing 75 hard, running outside. It became my theme song for the challenge. I lost more than 40 pounds and I got through 75 hard successfully. Thank you for this beautiful song!! I am just about to start 21 days of fasting and prayer, for the past 5 years I have been doing this at the beginning of the year, I always dread it, but I know I am enough and I will get through this spiritually stronger by faith and by the grace of God. It hasn’t been easy at all but Christ has enabled me not to endure life challenges alone and has been my constant and trusted friend. He has always been with me, (you’ll know trust me it is divine intervention and cannot be ignored) and as I say He has and continues to send me pieces to my life jigsaw puzzle. I am thankful for the relationship I have built with Him. I know He will never forsake me and He will not forsake you either.
