Yep! I think it’s funny that Infant Annihilator says they don’t play live because there material is too difficult. There are multiple bands that could play there material live because the material these bands play is already just as technical as Infant Annihilator’s stuff. Beneath The Massacre Archspire Rings of 🪐 Origin Ophidian I There are more to list. I like Infants music but I truly respect a band that can perform there music live.

Anthony is one of my favorite drummers but music is too subjective to say who the best in a genre or in general is. Anthony is definitely one of the best drummers in modern extreme metal. There are other top guys like: John Longstreth of ORIGIN Lord Marco of RINGS OF 🪐 Spencer Prewett of ARCHSPIRE Stephan Stockburger of CYTOTOXIN This list goes on and on. They all have different styles of playing even within the same genre of music which is why there is no “Best” “No. 1” or “Better than all the rest” in music. It’s too subjective.

Humans can’t play like this. He must be beyond human. Look at those succulent forearms 👏👏

Anybody who's actually played drums with triggers knows that you cant set the sensitivity high enough to pick up "light" strokes because then you'll be getting false triggering all over the kit. You actually have to set the sensitivity so low that it forces you to play harder, cleaner and louder just to get the trigger to register the stroke in the first place. Anybody who thinks the way you do about triggers has obviously no personal experience playing a triggered kit and doesn't know what they're talking about.

John Longstreth- Origin (This man is the guy who brought Gravity blasts to the metal scene Spencer Prewitt- Archspire Dave McGraw- Cattle Decapitation Flo Mourner- Cryptopsy Lord Marco- Rings of Saturn Aaron S.- Rings of Saturn Yes. Beneath The Massacre Drummer is definitely “one” of the best but not the best. To many different styles of playing even within the Tech Death Metal genre to say whose the best. It’s not a competition. It’s music.

Back for a second comment. I think BTM needed a drummer like this to achieve the sound they have been going for. The tempo/riffs and overall chaos of the music required a drummer of Anthony's ability. Barone really helped make this album what it is IMHO. I can't stop listening to it
