@@mannamoth918 The game's core gameplay loop ended up being "Grinding for grinding's sake" (Grinding CAN be fun, but they didn't do that well, as it was neither fun, nor rewarding) and the amount of content in the game was lackluster, everything started to feel samey rather quickly, and there simply wasn't much to do. All that in tow, it was still savable. A big update containing a lot of content to do at the end of the game, a retooling to make the weapons and skills you get throughout feel meaningful, and a host of Quality of Life changes, and Anthem could've easily made a "Final Fantasy 14 A Realm Reborn" turn around into a quality piece of content. Sadly, most of us knew that wasn't going to happen. EA was involved, and EA is NOTHING but Greed incarnate. The moment something doesn't make as good a profit as they want, they're cut. (To clarify you didn't know; Anthem's team has been disolved. There is no longer any development going into "Anthem Next" the big 2.0 update they wanted to make)

I hate that the revamp is cancelled, the game play was so fun to play and fly around blowing stuff up. Just poor decisions were made in production, like using the wrong engine, multiple core developers leaving at critical moments and EA pushing for the development of Anthem too much. This game was a hobby project for BioWare and could have been an absolute amazing contender against Destiny. I loved playing Anthem and I will continue to love playing it until the day EA doesn't support it's servers anymore #ReviveAnthem #StongAloneStrongerTogether

The game deserves better than the state it’s in now, why let a beautiful like this just rot in the glitches that it has😔 I mean this song makes me want to play it again😭😭

Dills well that and all the PR for the game was completely fabricated, the game hadn’t been fully “worked” on until about a year before it’s release, and EA forced them to use the frostbite engine that at the time had them working twice as hard just to have the engine work correctly

It is a very good game, I can't deny it. It is beautiful, with a very good concept. But, he has not enough "ambition".It lacks an interest . I would play it again, but I have better idea for spend my time. He surpassed by other game: Destiny 2, Warframe... But, he is a very good game. And, maybe the big Update will save this game.
