@@opiumlover91 indeed it failed by itself... Arabs leaders, despite trying to civilize their countries and develope their societies via social-nationalism, they became more power-hungry and corrupt. Their hatred for Israel and their wish to destroy it made them care more the rearmament of their militaries and the boast of religious scholarship and fundamentalism rather than introducing socio-economic and agricultural reforms into their countries. And here's another proplem the Arabs always had : they were living in religiously and ethnically diverse societies and it made the question of : "who will be the strongest of them all to represent the Arab people's and the "successful" Ba'athist ideas?" much more complicated. Arabs are only united when it comes to fighting a common enemy, like the Ottomans and Israel. But when it comes to politics, it's literally a match mixture of deathmatch and free-for-all. Makes you wonder why ever since the introduction of Ba'athism into the Arab countries till now, these same countries were plagued with multiple assassination attempts.

@@puppet1-170 I'm a socialist and I don't have anything against nationalism. But some socialists say they hate nationalists yet are hypocritical with Arab nationalism and Soviet one. How is Arab nationalism any better than the Jewish or the French one? I don't see it...

@@jotascript03 Mas o Lula condecorou o Assad em 2010 (antes da guerra da Síria). Querendo ou não, ele está muito mais 'próximo' da Palestina, pois o Bozolóide é assumidamente aliado de Israel.
