So I actually wrote this song over 2 years ago but never got around to releasing it. One thing I’ve always loved other than rap is songwriting. I’ve written multiple Pop records for other artists and some Dance records as well, but this is the first ever Dance record that I’ve written and am also featured on. I met OB who is the producer of this single many years ago at a nightclub in Tampa. We’ve since then become such great friends and I even asked him to join my team as my official tour DJ. We’ve traveled the entire world together and have shared the stage in front of thousands and thousands of people. When he asked me to collaborate on a single together, I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but when he sent over the production, I immediately loved it. I hit up Corey and we wrote this song over FaceTime in less than an hour. I knew this single was completely different than any other record I’ve made since I’m finally not crying about one of my exes in it 😂 So I hope you all enjoy “Better With You” much as I do. It’s one of those songs that give you a great, happy feeling and I hope it’s the perfect soundtrack to end your summer 😎
