Can it be installed with the tubes at the bottom? Is the top of the radiator higher then the cpu block as shown installed?
^^^ Key Questions. If you can’t install a 420mm radiator CORRECTLY in this case then it doesn’t support 420mm radiators.
Tubes at top is perfectly safe as long as the pump is below the top of the radiator (w/ tubes up). My question is can I do push/pull w/ 6 140mm fans.

I don’t think if you want you will do 5 at best because it doesn’t fit down but if you want another set of 140mm fans at the top I don’t think so
