It's been a while since you saw Antman. But don't forget Cassie not only knows her dad is Ant Man, but she had a giant ant for a pet at the end of the first movie. Seeing a giant ant in a bathtub where her dad should be would not even make her blink.

I was working in a cinema when this movie came out. I absolutely loved going into the theater as the credits began to roll for this movie. You could absolutely feel the air getting sucked out of the room when The Snap happened. Every. Single. Time. That has to be one of the most powerful ways to answer a question that everyone had forgotten to ask at that point. I frickin’ LOVE that. Also, Muppet Christmas Carol is hands down my favorite version of the classic Dickens story. I’m telling you now, it will be one of the easiest 5 out of 5 stars you ever give.

The thing I love most about the Ant Man movies is something they took from the comics, how much the dude adores his daughter. He straight up says in comics his daughter is the coolest. It's adorable and one of those little things that help you latch on to Scott all the more. He's not the strongest, fastest, smartest, bravest or anything (other than sometimes biggest) but he is relatable and well worth caring about.

I think you'll love Superman! It's the film by which most other superhero films are judged, since it was the first big budget superhero movie, and one of the first times anyone outside of comics fans treated a superhero seriously and with dignity. The head of Marvel Studios said they watch it constantly as a source of inspiration for each installment of the MCU.

The plump animals with stubby legs that they see in the water are tardigrades (“slow steppers”), better known as water bears or moss piglets. They are widespread and even common, but since they average 0.02 inches long and have no large relatives, most of us have never noticed them.

@@accordgolfer Original movies are being made, but where are they being premiered? My whole point is that cinema, as it has existed for 100 years, has been killed off by these films. There have always been blockbusters, but there was always a balance. There is NO balance these days. The movie theater has no appeal for people who want to see something serious. That's a tragedy as far as I'm concerned.
I absolutely hated this movie. The "flip away and disappear" helmets, the scene where Michelle Pfeiffer possess Scott, the forced love story with Evangeline Lilly. It's all so terrible.

It's my opinion that it was a ton of fun. Love the family stuff
I'm not big on holiday movies but Christmas Carol holds a special place in my heart and the muppets do a great job

The Muppet Christmas Carol is actually one of the most faithful adaptations of the book, despite the typical mullet madness.
Baba Yaga is a witch from Russian myth. She has a shack on giant chicken legs. And she is the source for the nickname given to Keanu Reeves in John Wick. They call it the Boogeyman in that movie, but she's an old (baba is short for babushka -- grandma) witch.
Has anyone recommended Deadpool to Ashleigh yet? I think she would really enjoy the sense of humor, and now that she's watched a bunch of superhero movies she would understand it better.

Has she watched the X-Men films yet? I definitely think it would help with all the references in Deadpool

@@kharma7755 Oh, you're right, we gotta do X-Men first. I hope some of her patrons recommend those.
Dope commentary Ashleigh.
Baba Yaga is a witch in Russian folklore. Also, in the stories, her house has chicken legs growing out of the bottom.
"Who's Baba Yaga?" So, there's this guy called John Wick...
"What is Baba Yaga?"....and now Ashleigh needs to see the John Wick movies.
A wardrobe is not a dresser. A dresser has drawers. A wardrobe is for hanging clothes. We don't see wardrobes here in the states because our houses come with built in closets.
I love how exited you get
You're gonna love Superman. Chris Reeve can charm the pants off of you with just his smile.
You're almost done! I love your Marvel reactions!
