People often use the words 'logic' and 'reason' interchangeably, but they indeed have very distinct meanings. Logic refers to a formal system of reasoning that follows specific rules and structures to arrive at conclusions, based on given premises. Reason, however, encompasses a broader range of cognitive processes that include logical thinking but also integrate empirical observations, ethical values, and practical considerations. In Islam, the distinction between logic and reason becomes particularly evident. Islamic teachings often emphasize reasoning that is not solely based on the rigid structures of formal logic but incorporates a holistic view that includes theological, moral, and philosophical dimensions. This type of reasoning acknowledges the limitations of human understanding and the complexities of life, which pure logic might not accommodate. Therefore, while Islam may not adhere strictly to formal logic, it is profoundly grounded in reason. I believe Islam is not a logical religion rather a religion based on reason and Allah know best.

Agree on your AI take. 10 people making a software maybe would be replaced by 1 person making that software in 2-4 years time but then as softwares would become cheap and there would be more software needs than usual, those 10 people would still be adjusted somewhere provided they are aware of market dynamics and are upping their skills.

While I agree there are many interpretations of Islam and logic is used to come down to what is correct but I think (correct me if im wrong) to you and many others, “correct” for us changes with geopolitical and social philosophies in the age and time the thinker is in. While objectively “correct” can only mean what the first generation of muslims believed in, as they had this religion in its most raw, unbiased form.
Reason is wide term and their is inherent subjectivity in practical and pure reason so you cannot reach to truth by means of such reasoning which 90% do where as some kinds of reasoning like analytical reasoning are inherently objective but they can help to make only descions but not belief and ideas...Truth is generally not a good descion but rather a belief that matches the absolute reality and facts...So you cannot reach truth by means of reason...

Qaiser Ahmed raja say baat karo🔛🔝
Your world view feels weirdly confused, like, you can't really say that I hate the idea of religion being imposed on people instead of them wanting it themselves but then going on to say all aspects of our lives, including laws, should be based on religion. Laws are mandatory for everyone regardless of how religious they are. This is why secularism makes a lot more sense to me: you can choose to be religious in a truly secular system, but you can't really publicly choose to be an atheist/not very religious muslim in a truly islamic syatem.

It's not an interpretation or another interpretation. It's actual core VS modernist interpretation.

Muzammil and likes, either in his generation or preceding ones were majorly influenced and inspired by military dictatorship for a long long time. It’s the same elite and middle class that supported Musharraf, other dictators and military generals’ role in politics. Since 2008 when direct military intervention began to subside this whole lot gathered under the umbrella of General’s backed PTI. These were the frontline 5th gen warriors, proudly boasted by Ghafoor and co. Long story short, IK’s head on scuffle with Bajwa awakened most of these youthya but…..unfortunately ….all for the wrong reasons. Though they claimed to have turned democratic but their whole political philosophy revolves around the personality of one man, IK. His mercurial and dictatorial tendencies suggest he himself doesn’t believe in democracy or democratic reconciliation or else he won’t seclude himself from other political parties, or bashing them to set up a false narrative and befool most of these youthya. IK’s anti-establishment narrative is short-lived; it’s his way of protest against establishment to lull him back into politics, support him and storm all others back into jail. That’s the myopic view of Muzammil and the likes.
i guess a better defination of right and left would be somthing that depends on the time ruling and a lot of diffrent sanario, but if i have to define i'd say tha right wing are the people who truley belive in thier traditions and think everything in thier taradition is good, howver the left wing think that every think in the current society is wrong and it should be chaned and the funny part is that majority is always in the middle, like that is the battle of riht wing and left wing the both want the middle ground person to agree with them, like in pakistan, right wing thiks that the intrapatation of islam wich thier eleders did is absolute and can not be questioned, and the left wing just wants to get rid of the religion to pull off the core of right wing.
at very start of the video, one of his PATREON PARTNERS name is MOHUMMAD "FATIGUE" made me laugh.
Please stop referring to Turkey, UAE, Saudi as model Muslim countries. In Turkey the most powerful are the secular Kemalist elites, who will have you thrown out of hotels and restaurants if you wear hijab, and will brazenly, proudly violate the age old ettiquettes of not eating/drinking in public during Ramadhan as a mark of respect. Note also the incidents we often hear of people in religious attire being abused on public transport. The Turkish 'blasphemy law' relates to any thing said against Ataturk. Read Wikileaks if you want to know what the UAE and KSA rulers think of Islam and Muslims.
