@Gino_567 what a dork and what a miserable life you must lead. To think that someone who pays a compliment to a young lady that lives on an entirely different continent is doing so just to try to get into her pants is just laughable. That this is your mindset says quite a bit about your dumassery. By the way, I'm very happily married to the same woman for 52 years and yes, I'm still an active duty firefighter. May you be so fortunate.

@@Gino_567 Dude, you burst his bubble. We all are living in an alternate reality of our own creation, when it comes to Lauren, myself included. Difference is, I know the score & it is not a winning number. The expression ''not a chance in Hell'' comes to mind.🤒

I think your most endearing quality is your innate sense of honesty. You’re not afraid to show us mistakes made during routines or how you look without makeup and this makes you special. In a social media world where it’s all about “the brand” you’re not afraid to show us that at the end of the day and despite your skill at what you do, you’re essentially “one of us” and that is just SO refreshing. Well done Lauren, you deserve all the success you’ve achieved, long may you continue to be a lovely decent and inspiring human being.

Hey! I had knee issues on day 2 of jumping from doing too much too soon. I learned my lesson, rested and went back to it more gradually and have not had a single twinge since. In fact my knees feel stronger than ever. Overuse is the biggest cause of knee issues when jumping rope (unless you have a pre-existing injury). It’s so important to only do 5-10 mins when you first start and increase gradually from there. You will then strengthen your knees over time which is a benefit 🙌🏼

I realize I'm repeating what's been said. But it will never be enough. Because you are such a beautiful person. You give of yourself, of yourself knowledge. Not for a direct return. To share with as many others so they can freely benefit from your overflowing generosity. As you described began by you simply wanting to learn jump rope. This is the ideal approach opposed to having some grandiose business concept. Your original motivations or not some detailed preconceived conception or plan with goals and steps. There's nothing wrong with starting out with structure. It's a fine way to set goals to increase accomplishments. There's a fairly wide difference between the two approaches taken at the very start when endeavoring two learning something new. When I heard you explain what your approach had been at the very start, Junior past experience immediately that explained a lot for myself . This is the first time I've seen your videos. For me it's crystal clear that you are honestly so happy to sharing whatever knowledge you have. This kept me watch to the end because because it was enjoyable to hear about your organic success and that ultimately I can see myself learning something from you. The extent you were simply being open and honest just real as you could answering questions. The candid demeanor you communicated with while answering all those questions just naturally flowed through. Your smile and eye contact with the camera. It was as if I were physically sitting in front of you in the video. I share what I'm saying from experiences personally. This is why I say these things so definitively. As it happened to list the particular specific questions. This undoubtedly allows your audience to much better get to know you. These are some of the reasons among many others that have made you become so successful and created a huge audience on different platforms. I say CONGRATULATIONS. It's inspiring to listen to someone's Journey as yours that has become so successful. When you start explaining the different platforms and income and if Tick Tock went away Etc I clearly understood you have been utilizing these platforms benefits from Financial standpoints. When you briefly run through that question sorry with Tik Tok I was like this is beautiful wise enough Savvy enough utilizing various marketing strategies. I've learned Your audience has learned from you by listening and seeing watching your journey. You've now inspiring so many people. Some in your audience were held back prior to watching your success. They had oh wished dreamed if they somehow could just start to build create success online. Your journey has inspired them to take the first step. I know it we met briefly hear somebody share this with us but there's many others who have now taken the first steps and it's from watching your organic success. There's something I like to share that's very important about all this. Am I believe this is always exists how about sharing or not sharing with others what you're doing or what you're going to do It's extremely better to tell very few. EVEN NO ONE about what you're doing or what you're going to do because more than not they will find something or a reason that you're not going to be able to do it. You know what I'm talking about cuz you mention how the people that HIT hurt criticize on you and how you turn around on it. This is really important. So the less you shout it out the more consistent momentum you can create. Lastly I just want to say something about being grateful. And I have no doubt that you are hugely grateful for everything that's come to fruition. This is a quote that this in a picture frame that I see everyday at home on the wall. The more you are grateful for what you have The more you will have to be grateful for. Thank you for being so real it brings nothing but encouragement and inspiration to others

What I love: 2020 was a very trying time. You chose to make the best of it. Secondly, you didn’t give up. You kept at it and now look at you. But what I am here now for is you are still an authentic person. It seems you are still the person from 2020 who would use that paint can if you had to. Hello Lauren, it is very interesting for an old German guy, to hear what you told us. I couldn't believe you're from England, because you are much prettier than most of the english women I've ever seen! Your hair, your make-up, your clothes, no ugly or offending tattoos, it is not what a man can see, when he meets English people (at concerts or during holidays.) I admire your skills with the rope, I love your smile you almost always deliver while jumping/dancing. It looks so effortless but I know, that it is hard work over the years to achieve this. So I love watching your videos on YT. You're in an extraordinary shape, it looks as if you have very long legs (also pretty) and maybe you have long feet (for a woman). If it is so, it might be difficult for you to find the right shoes. That leeds me to a question: "How many shoes do you need in one year? And do you prefer certain brands or models?"

i have been having trouble skipping, ever since i was a kid i would jump twice before the rope comes around. i cannot get out of that routine haha did you have any bad habits of skipping that you had to re-condition yourself to progress to the next stage?

Wow. So down to earth. So many questions answered. Looking cool even without the make up not much difference. I was thinking from the vibes I'm getting you are a bit like me. Always looking to improve. Even with a pretty much full complement of skills. Tae Kwon Do may help. Why and How? 1. You have a pretty packed schedule. Finding about 4 hours per week. But think of it this way you can the skip gym (pun intended). As the training will give you good a full body work out. Initial warm up sessions includes stretches to improve flexibility for class. The class learning and practicing skills to perfection, extra practice at home welcome. Then wind down after. SOP when I trained. 2. The training gets more rigorous and the skills get more advanced as you progress up the grades towards blackbelt. Which you will likely Fly through (pun intended). Plyometric training. This is how they develop the power for remaining in the air for so long, doing amazing spinning 720 degree tornado kicks with board breaking and other kicks. Breaking 4 to 6 boards one after another before coming down to land. Some even jumping up 7 or 8 into the air and breaking boards is pretty common. World high kick record is around 10 feet. Some breathtaking TKD demo videos on KZread. Could these power and skills help raise jump rope sessions to a higher level. Bonus your a qualified black belt. You'll start seeing the benefits long before then. Then move onto the dans 10 in all. But only about a handful currently exist that level. RECAP 1. Gym benefit get fit. 2. TKD benefit get fit and learn a skill at the same time that can have a direct bearing on your improving your skill set. I chose the Martial Arts as opposed to the gym route, because I used to get bullied. Which stopped shortly after. In your case more power to you legs and the skills that can be adapted from TKD to jump rope. Very useful skill for WONDER WOMAN 4.0 to have. Seeing baddie getting his butt kicked. On screen or off. Wouldn't that be something. Can't wait for the next one. That about wraps it up for me.

To be honest, there's a huge difference without the makeup. But I appreciate her bravery, very few women are willing to be 100% open about their looks when being filmed. As a man, I kinda respect her even more now.

Your comment on hate and your explanation was the best one I have heard. Me personally cannot understand why creators get all these haters and many creators comment on the number of haters they get. Again, you are so right these people are just sad, pathetic individuals. I wonder what they did before social media. You said there is something in your video that triggers them. So they probably hate your rope, maybe they don't like the color. Why would these pathetic individuals even watch your channel. This is evidence that there are a whole lot of people who can't cope with their life or even have a handle on their sanity.

Dear Lauren, just subscribed! You are very inspiring and have made me want to jump rope. I like that you dance while skipping. ❤😊 Perhaps you could collaborate with Aidar from tuzelity Shuffle...? You two work hard, help others but, most of all create happy content that lifts the mood. Thank you.
