I actually also have scoliosis. I'm having a surgery in June and have almost the same curve as yours. And mine at 52 degrees right now. But you are so strong!

Hey great video! There is actually a support group called the curvy girls for people who have scoliosis! I been apart of it for years and it’s so helpful if you feel alone! I had surgery too and also wear a back brace.

I have scoliosis too now and mine is at 27° right now I am wearing a brace and I’m literally having a meltdown right now any advice

Hi Lilia! Im sorry to hear about your meltdown, I’ve had plenty myself! Just remember that in the end it will all be worth it so you can hopefully avoid having surgery. Even if you do have to get it, it will help you tremendously. Take a couple deep breaths, it will all be okay❤️

the top was 49 and the bottom was 47
