Thanks aarthi for replying to my comments through your video ❤️ . I've been seeing your video around 4 yours i guess . You're really motivating . This year 2023 was a health break to me . From 31st December of 2022 i had the worst tooth pain ever upper and lower teeth so painful i dont know why . 1st January everyone enjoying new year but im suffering from pain couldn't sleep or eat . Went to clinic 5 times nothing works , you know i just ate bread and water for 5 days . On 5th day went again to clinic and i was found to teeth grinding and it effects the teeth and caused pain . I never knew it i was grinding while sleeping and it may cause of stress as doctor said . I purchase expensive teeth protector and still now using it while sleep . From there my health issue starts till now its never end 😂 . Like after that i had shoulder blade nerve injury and sudden left breast pain and then the worst i had h.pylori type of bacterial in my stomach lining and its burts out another way of stomach digestive lining . So i through so many medication. I had indigestion for freaking months couldn't eat . And then period problems suddenly irregular periods went to met doctor again and again . Then doctor gave me contraceptive medicine and that triggers my stomach lining again then i had nausea and fainted . Ahhh its so tired to type this year's fantasy of health 😂 then went to doctor and it's doesn't work then buy expensive medicine to get back on track brought medication from US . And that medicine seems expired. Inbetween the year i had Influneza and Covid . Actually i always eat balance food 60% homecooked meal and 40% ooutside meal , i do workout but idont know why this year my health become the worst of my life .Ahh so many times aarthi so many things related to my health this year 😂i cant 😅 . Im still in recovery phase . Im hoping to finish this year and start next year with good health first and then next wealth and anything . I hope you will resd this long paragraph of my 2023 😂❤🎉 . Have a good starting of 2024 aarthi .
