Blocking the vent hole; how does the ink still come out? I was told not to block that hole on the ink tube. The pen needs to allow air into the tube otherwise a vacuum would occur and the ink will not flow. I do love these though!!!

@@quickworks9720 You can see the ink from the outside of the refill so I just measure that way, because they are filled differently. If you do not want to use the eye pin you can glue the last bead and then glue a bead cap on top.

All those beads came from hobby lobby. The tops are bead caps, you can get them anywhere you get beads.

Most of my beads I get from temu. If you search big hole beads you will find some.

They are a one time use. If you want to reuse the beads, just glue the top bead and the bottom bead and when the ink runs out you can cut through the plastic and reuse some of the beads.

@@ourgeorgiasuburbanhomestea6309 I do not sell those ones to often and when I do I make sure I tell them they are not refillable. I mostly give these ones as gifts or thank you. The ones I sell a lot of are the beadable pens I will leave a link below if you want to check that video out.

Question here, after the ink is gone and want to re-use the beads , do I need to dissolve the glue with something or just remove the glue with bare fingers???? Btw your project is very beautiful.

If you want to reuse the beads, just glue the bottom and top bead, then when the ink is gone you can cut the plastic pen and reuse the beads. Depending on what type glue you use you might just be able to pull the beads off.

Having the worst time finding to fit my pen cartridges. I was so excited to find a use for my beads but they are too small. 😢
