Another great video, Austin. You certainly had quite the day. I like you channel because it’s real with no selling or other B S.
Great vid man! Not sure why I enjoy watching these vids, maybe it's that feeling of entrepreneurship. I didn't run power washing, but ran my own business in a completely different category, and nothing feels better!
Austin buy your self a stainless steel pick $1.25 and WD40 push the ball from the injector and put wd40 the best easy fix.
Proud of you man, I talked to Griggs and I talked about how you and me think alike I respect the hustle 💯
I used markate all of last year. Amazing CRM. The best for sure.

That’s a serpentine belt from your engine definitely get that fixed part number will be on the belt for cross reference
That rubber band was your ac band It had to me on my Chevy 1500hd
What pressure do you recommend when cleaning those composite decks along with what type cleaner? I heard to never put bleach because it could cause fading
That serpentine belt is for your AC Compressor&Tensioner. So when you turn your AC on an wonder why it's not working that's why.. also you have serpentine belt that runs your engine accessories (water pump, alternator, power steering pump ect...) it's much longer tho.. just a heads up.. btw I love your channel my fav pressure washing youtube channel.. #rockon

Most recommended 100% polyester to avoid discoloration from the bleach. Me personally I recommend long sleeve to help protect your skin while out in the sun all day.
When you use your gold assassin degreaser, how much square footage does one gallon cover when using ratios of 4 to 1 and 10 to 1 based off there recommendations.
I'm a fan. I just started my Pressure Washing Business. About to start my first season. Any tips for starting out? I've been whipping my ass for 42 years lol
Hey man, I’m a local and this is my first time hearing if you. I also have a similar but definitely smaller small business would love some in person tips and tricks about the wash game. Thank you.

Hey Austin Davis, thanks for your videos, they very informative. Quick question, the dumpster cleaning service on this video was only on the exterior? Do you also offer the interior of it?

can you use a remote down streamer on a trailer build ?

You gotta take day brotha otherwise what's the point of even making money i feel like so many guys whether employed or self employed forget that, work to live not live to work .... having good work ethic is a good thing but being a workaholic is as much of a sickness as being a drug attic or alcoholic
Did you get any sh on that deck carpet? I saw that carpet and was wondering how you worked around it.
What do you use for the blacktop if it’s super bad?
hello I can't find this degreaser you are using gold assassin degreaser where I can find it? tks from San Francisco CA

You live in Austin? I've been thinking seriously of moving back after 16 years away. I've been told cost of living has gotten way higher. I'm planning to make a visit in May. Might be looking for a job myself. Tired of the office job I'm working in all the way up in Kansas.
Go ahead you are doing a great job, I am confused to start work in Arizona where there is no humidity and it is very hot, what do you think bro?

What chemicals do you use for soft washing houses? Do you just make Bleach (SH) percentage solutions? Chlorine?
@AustinDavis24
2 жыл бұрын
Yes it’s a SH based solution. With soap. Depending on what I’m cleaning will determine the SH strength levels
I have a question, when you mentioned your DS injector remote, is that necessary when you could just apply your chemicals with your softwash system and a proportioner? You could set your proportioner, stretch out your softwash hose and pressure hose and you'd never need to go back to your truck. Rinse with high pressure hose, shoot chem with the softwash hose, then rinse again with the pressure hose. Just looking for opinions as I'm building my first trailer. Thanks!
@AustinDavis24

The remote downstream system will allow me to only use one hose. And not even have to break out my soft watch system unless I need to use it for stronger solutions. One hose is better than two.
What software where u using from your phone before?
How did you get this dumpster cleaning job
What do you mean by CRM’s?
Where do you get your shirts at?
How much u charge for dumpets pads
I bought a dewalt 4000psi 3.5 gpm , for Clean my house , but I don’t know how to mix the bleach and soap without damage the siding and briks , how much of each one per gallon of water I need , or if I need my down stream from machine to mix it
@MannyAguilarJr
Жыл бұрын
Let's assume you're using a pump up sprayer or a water pump and not a down stream injector. Let's say you have 10% Sodium hypochlorite bleach and need a 1.25% solution. You get your needed percentage and divide that by the current bleach strength. 1.25÷10=0.125. now you multiply that number by the 128oz in a gallon. 0.125×128= 16oz of the 10% bleach. So you add 16oz of the 10% bleach and 112oz of water to give you a 1.25% strength solution. As for the quantity of soap you have to play with that but you can add a couple of table spoon or up to 10oz. Avoid using a dish soap if you're trying to keep it cheap especially if the dish soap says on the bottle don't mix with bleach. You'll have some better luck with dish soap. 2 pods does the trick for me. If it's heavy thick mold then you might need a hard scrub brush for the brick like a deck broom or a hand scrubber. Down streaming percentages and ratios is still something I'm trying to wrap my head around so I can't say much on that. I believe a fully open down streamer gives a maximum of 20% of whatever the solution is. With that thought in mind you'd need a 6.25% solution to be down streamed so it'll come out the hose at 1.25%. so same thing 6.25÷10= 0.625 x 128= 80oz of 10% bleach. So 80oz bleach and 48oz water to get the 6.25% then the downstreamer knocks it down to 20% of that. 6.25% × 0.2= 1.25% out the hose downstreaming.
What was the name of the CRM you were switching to? We are looking a jobber. But are curious what other options there are.

Talking with Mike from Polk about a skid, I have a question about yours. Can you fit your truck in an average height garage with a ladder on it, or is it too high? Also was the surface cleaner rack made Specifically for your size surface cleaner?

Hey Austin what percentage did you spray the trex deck with?
@MannyAguilarJr
Жыл бұрын
I'm assuming he used the same downstreamer as the dumpster pad and he was saying he was pulling 10 to 1. So 9.1% of whatever his SH percentage is. 10% × 0.091= 0.91% downstream solution or 12.5% × 0.091= 1.14% solution. I'm pretty sure his SH is the 12.5% since he buys from a chemical plant.
