    I'm so glad you're back! I'm with you woman... I was supposed to be 230 by now. And 18 months ago I was supposed to easily be 150 by now.

    I tried the baking soda too. Not my favorite. I got baking soda caplets. They go down much easier! And you're not doing just water and air - you have the perfect quad!
