@@Gigantor38 thats false because the patent for certainty parts of AF1 expired ie the sole, and the general shape of the upper when bape came out. You cant refile for a patent, they have expiration dates. This is easily researchable.

Mschf has made me respect small independent shoe brands way more because those small brands actually try to create an original product. Mschf cant sell a product without controversy and it really pathetic. 0 originality

They’re not getting sued. To “sneaker heads” they look like air forces. To Nike the “trade dress” doesn’t warrant a lawsuit. They distorted it enough to make it look like a completely different shoe with “Coke white” similarities.

To be fair I think the whole point of these was to be a rip off

This shoe is so different from the AF1- MSCHF will not get sued at all‼️ It’s a totally different sneaker now, super innovative and totally its own thing‼️ they’re more different than the Bapestas‼️ and those are exact copies of the AF1, without any comedy exaggerations in their design. So yeah these will be fine legally- if anything it’ll complement the sale of Nikes.
