Easy for us to conclude that they are stupid for not playing it But it's often neglected how much comfort having the idol when you know you needed it the most and how persuasive a group of people lying to you all at once For me I just appreciate this show/season, it's been a roller coaster ride HAHHA

Maria actually believed she was running things. Rude awakening!! 😂. Unfortunately, all of these players who didn’t use their idols, a perfectly executed blindside has been played on each of them! None of them thought they were being voted off! I think Maria will be next to go.

Her face was the best part, this is the first time I ever rewatched a survivor episode and looked forward for the next, so good! I can't wait to see what she will have to say to Charlie as well as his reaction to when Kensie and Liz tell him Maria wanted to vote him out (if they decide to tell him, that is)

Idol holders are making other players look so smart, but the truth is the idol holders are caught up in their arrogance, and they do not know how to read the room.

Oh and if Maria really wanted Charlie to go, then why didn’t she push Q into playing his Idol in case they’d split the vote?

She absolutely wanted him out this vote. I wouldnt read past the obvious here. She got so cocky from the last votes, charlie seemed less connected to the other players then he led on. Its alot of overplaying her hand because she underestimated Charlies social game.

She's on the outs. She's gonna need to win every challenge now to stay in the game. Her only challenger is Charlie and she can definitely beat him depending the challenge

Kenzie clearly wins this season. If Maria wins immunity next and has the idol, she will play it for Kenzie to ensure that Charlie gets voted out. If Charlie wins immunity next, then Maria goes home. Charlie then battles it out with Kenzie in fire. If Kenzie wins, then easy finale win for her. Liz and Ben won't ever win immunity nor find an idol. They are both passengers.

At the end, it looks as if he was trying to pull the idol out to drop it for Maria but then realized all eyes were on him and changed his mind.

Going out with an idol in your pocket is foolish. An idol is no good unless you play it 😂

It’s such a messy season with idol blindsides, I actually love it. It was in Ben’s best interest to vote for Charlie that way he could at least have a chance at least, now he’s the goat of the season. Guarantee that Jeff is going to ask who all got voted out with an idol at the reunion.

Might just be the most satisfying tribal in the whole season. I loved Q so much! But the way he went was so freaking good!!! Well played. Also in what world, does Maria not go home next? Unless she wins immunity. Man I hope she gets to final tribal I want to see her battle it out with Charlie.

Aunt jemima Maria’s plan blew up on her!!

On the surface it's a blindside to Charlie getting 2 votes, but now he could officially target Maria at Final 5, without feeling bad about it. Going to be interesting how this plays out, especially if neither of them win Immunity. Charlie and Ben's day one Dumb and Dumber Alliance is still in play.

After listening to his exit interview, Q made a good point. If he plays his idol here and doesn't win immunity, then he is the next person voted out one hundred percent of the time. He trusted that maria gave him good information. Turns out that maria didn't have good information. He knew that if he survived this vote. Then he would definitely make it to the final 4 because he would play his immunity next tribal and and he said he would smoke anybody in fire and have a great resume for the final 3. He played to win the game and not just make it to the next tribal council. Other people were just stupid but this one makes sense. And if Charlie had been voted out. Then q can orchestrate a blind side of Maria assuming she does win immunity. And if maria and charlie you're boscon q would of definitely have one sole survivor,.

Probably the first time I have watched the entire latest season almost as it was scheduled😅 considering that the next one is the finale

Great season Charlie is phenomenal

I can’t believe that 5 people have been voted out this season with an idol in their pocket. Not a single one has been played at tribal council. Did they forget what power the hidden immunity has? I am glad that Q was sent home, I really didn’t think he had a chance of being the soul survivor anyway. I really thought Charlie was the one going home.

I propose the abolition of the hidden immunity idol and go back to the old days - no idols, no advantages, no gimmicks. No one is playing the idols anyway. What I would like to see brought back are the survivor's auction, the car prize (until the curse is broken) and the Survivor Reunion.

Better cast all applicants & not use a search firm to cast models & rich people. Half the cast on every season last few years were recruits that never even watched the show therefore their game play makes 0 sense

They all love stretching their idols just one more vote (as a voted-out player said). They all imagine the total bliss of the days going to the next tribal with the idol in their pocket. Greedy, thinking too far ahead, beyond the current tribal. And they can rationalize it very well in their heads, no problem, in many ways. They can even call it a great resume move if it works.

Finally, Q was that cat with nine lives and it’s finally over I have been wanting Q to go home ever since he said he wanted to go home when he begged everyone to vote for him

why are so many going home withe the idol in their pocket!!!!!!!!! This season made history on that note.

Another person voted out with a hidden immunity idol. Maybe starting next season, they should hide a super idol somewhere, and that would be great since the super idol can be played after the votes are read.

I do not like how the game is being played. For the last couple years the stronger people who are winning competitions and who should have a chance at winning are voted out by the floaters. It should be changed that the weakest ones are voted out so that the better players have a chance to duke it out at the end

At this point ALL Idols are cursed With Jem,Tiff,Hunter,Venus,and now Q

At some point Maria had to guess that Liz and Kenzie would vote Q. Ben wild card because of whatever is the only unsure vote, but probably stays with Kenzie. She doesn't mention to Q about this and he falls under the curse of not playing idol. If Maria can win next immunity she is the clear winner.

I want Maria voted out next week and Ben to lose fire. But then again, Ben is the last person remaining that would get jury votes, so whoever goes with him would get 1st and 2nd place.

Hoping Ben and Maria is next to go.

Something has to be in that water because it's like these people have lost all common sense! The Tevin vote has only been the only real blindside this season. The rest are just people being stupid and not playing their idol.
