Welding alittle past 12 o’clock downhanding as you say….is allowed only if the WPS allows it and you are qualified to do so……. Much easier to weld with the torch around 1 o’clock little higher and roll towards you

When welding relatively short stainless steel pipes on the turntable or a table it is easy to purge them with argon from inside because of its small inner volume. But how to protect beads when welding together pipelines that are meters and dozens of meters long?

It depends on the situation, but if it is acid-treated after welding, it is not a problem.

현직용접사구 기능올림픽출신입니다 sus파이프 스케줄얇은거 용접하고있는데 반키홀용접으로 항상 용접하는데 마지막 이음부분에서 src결함(빽빨림)이 자주 생기는데 어떤방식으로 이어줘야 그런현상이 덜할까요? 주로나오는 결함인데 해결이 잘안되어서 질문드려요

I'm TIG welder. This method is not right. When you are welding , you should ready to work in all positions and the pipe should be fix. Work 6.9 and12 o'clock and 6,3 and 12 o'clock. It's OK.

텅스텐이 닿는게 아니고 영상처럼 보이는 불(아크)로 좌우 밀대로 밀듯이 위빙하는겁니다 처음 불을 켜고 용가재랑 모재로 용융풀을 만들면 용접물이 빙글빙글 돌면서 생기는데 그걸 계속 모재 사이로 밀면서 모재랑 용가재를 녹이면서 가는거예요 초고수님들 많이 계시는데 답글이 없어서 달아봅니다 도움되시면 좋겠어요
