Another Elephant Hill Recovery

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Had to go back in to Canyonlands, down Elephant Hill, and get a 94 Jeep Wrangler that broke the axleshafts and the ball joints on the passenger side. Went in not knowing exactly what was broke so we didn't take parts, was just easier to carry out and repair at the shop.

Your videos are entertaining and informative. You come across as super easy going and approachable and most of all likable. Keep up the great work! Oh. This was an outstanding video of pucker-worthy moments from my eyes. The mere fact that there is so much area that is off road friendly amazes me. There is a little bit of area on the Idaho/Western Montana border that has trails, but it is rare. I have a few buddies that had a week long trip to Utah every year to ride motorcycles. Sometimes they had scrapes, blisters and broken bones before coming back to work.

M8ter is built with some dam good parts but even still he could definitely break something if not very careful.. The part where he ran the winch in this video could have easily broken his rig if he just sent it.. rock crawling is incredibly hard on parts.. if you start wheel hopping on a ledge or something and just keep the hammer down you can break even the strongest parts.. the fact is that most of these vehicles are not off-road vehicles they just look that way and nothing separates the strong from the weak quite like rock crawling...

Great recovery! Sound was great, and loved the in-cab angle and watching you work the sticks. Don't worry about having to narrate the whole video. Just be yourself. I love your format, and don't like a lot of superfluous talking anyway.

I didn’t think I’d watch the whole video, but that I’d skip around, but I didn’t, and I watched the entire video and the 31 minutes barely seemed like 10 minutes. Having someone to run the camera really helps. Your skills never cease to amaze me. Awesome recovery rig.

"Just another Day on the Trail", I never comment on these, but this one forced me to say simply, Good Job! Having done this so often I'm sure you know this one is Epic.I was impressed with your driving skills and "Trail savy".(Eat your heart out Matt)

I love your sense of humor when you're making fun of the ridiculous comments on KZread. Like don't turn the steering wheel. Gave me a good laugh.
