Speaking of Elvis, December 88, I'm passing through Memphis (Elvis' hometown) and I'm listening to the radio. I hear, "Hi, this is Elvis and it's Christmas, a time of peace and love, and I'd love a piece of cake, slide that over." (You hear the slide and Elvis take a mouthful, then, "Where was I? Oh yeah, I was talking about love and peace, and I'd love a piece of pie, slide that over." (Elvis eats again) "And Christmas is a time of love, and I'd love some whipped cream to go with the pie." I had to pull over and stop, because: A) This is Elvis' hometown (shouldn't this be heresy?) B) I was laughing so hard I was crying.
