I’ve got an 08 Honda Accord estate 2.2 i-cdti and I love it! My mates rip me for it being a grandads car but I don’t mind, it gets all my work tools in the boot, can strap ladders on the top and fits suitcases from three cars when we go on holiday. Word of advice though... went on a two week holiday and tried showing off with the electric boot- it got half way and the battery died 😂

my old man has a accord estate loves it, just had to replace the exhaust manifold as it had a hairline crack causing loss of power towing a caravan but also going up steep hills at speed, according to Honda dealership the 2.2 cdti manifold is prone top cracking so keep ur eye out Andy :)

Having owned an accord wagon like that. Can confirm there great. Mine wasnt diesel though. But RSR Superdown springs are mint if he wants a nice ride height

Have you checked the anti-roll bar links on the motor, more than likely causing that shaking when turning left
