In Italy we use the word "venison" to indicate deer, boars, hares etc...and pheasant, grouse, quails, duck etc... The word venison comes from the Latin "veneri" and means to hunt, and the Romans didn't disguish between birds or mammals. So, like the Romans, we still use the name to include any animal killed through hunting!!! So, no, venison hasn't got the same meaning in every country, hence, what you said it's not true.

It's true that no particular game animal was specified, but the other two options were NOT any type of meat from game animals. Plus, it showed a picture of a deer.

That's what's wrong with the internet. Your a slave to bogus output. I was born on the mississippi in Keokuk Iowa. The River drains the Minnesota region, picks up the Missouri as a tributary and exits the delta into the gulf of Mexico. That was like 4rth grade geography. Long live the book libraries.

Venison is an old style way of referring to the meat from wild game. Venison now refers to meat from deer, sometimes elk. It’s cultural. If you talk about venison in the United States, or see venison on a menu, it specifically means meat obtained from deer.

Wiktionary and Chambers Dictionary seem to indicate that piebald means white and another colour, usually black. They define skewbald as white with another colour, not black. I am sure members of the British Horse Society, licenced horse breeders, and others would agree with your definition.

Probably no point in saying this, but you can’t say “in which sport does ‘so and so’ participate in”. One of the “in”s is redundant. In this case, you can choose either, although losing the first “in” is probably more in common usage.

Venison is deer meat. And a horse of two different colors is NOT piebald. A piebald has to do with the white color of a horses face. 🤦🏼♀️

Thanks for revealing that North Korea is the most probably oppressed Country in the World today. The saddest thing of all that really scares me, is that it's current leader is extremely well educated. He was educated in the West. He's had a University education that most students would give their eye teeth for. He speaks many languages, and he's extremely intelligent. And yet, he decided to follow in his father's footsteps instead of using his education to Unite Korea in Peace and Prosperity. It's always been believed that genius is associated with borderline madness. In this case, I don't think so. What this man has achieved in North Korea is nothing to what he could have achieved on the global scale if had used his education sensibly, and for the good of his people. Unfortunately, he is nothing more than a typical, average narcissist. The people of North Korea should be free from oppression.
Dude you are full of it when it co:es t o American history
