It is well known among Hollywood circles that Leonardo DiCaprio was abused as a child star but he doesn’t want to talk about it and that’s his choice. I've said it here before and ill say it again, i think Leonardo's child star issues manifests in his stunted development and his alarmingly weird dating life. all child stars are messed up for a GOOD reason, and he purposely never dabbled in drugs...his issues come out in other ways. He most likely was molested. I don't think he turned into an addict or drugs and alcohol but it explains his age preferences in dating and relationships which in itself is sad Yep. It’s my belief that the victim of such trauma does not mentally age past the age of trauma. It sickening because these young boys are struggling because their “masculinity” has been robbed from them or called into question. I assume it’s very lonely being a man because they can’t talk about this kind of stuff without others, especially men, questioning their manliness and role within the group. It’s always a competition with them. Sadly, these boys will never be whole again. And Leo's behavior was ...kind of effeminate..imo

not all, so stop generalizing. Natalie Portman was a child star and she seems to be very grounded and ok, and some other male child stars are ok, grounded, with normal families too.

he’s so bubbly and likeable i’m glad that he was able to stay relevant in hollywood but all child stars have dark pasts so i hope growing up in the spotlight didn’t hurt him too much emotionally or physically because that can’t be easy

as an armchair psychologist, i would say this explains the young girlfriends so much. his childhood trauma has resulted in an arrested development.

This is sad and has been going on for too long. We have no idea how much that really happens. I hope he got therapy.

Therapy isn't going to cure Hollywood from you. This is not an isolated occurrence. It's part of their system.

I'm glad Hollywood is finally being exposed. This has been going on for centuries! Just remember that these predators were also abused themselves as children, it's a vicious cycle

knowing that he avoids hollywood related movies now days kinda says something but idk

Leo was one of the ones who I thought never gotten touched or raped by the predators in Hollyweird but given that Peck is a convicted sex offender pedophile it is very possible that he was but probably deals with the trauma in private. I can understand why he has never married or settled down.

I've read some blind items(I know they're considered rumors so take it with a grain of salt) where some women he would sleep with (or not) would, at times, hear him cry to sleep. One said when it would happen, she would go to see if he was okay or if she could do anything. At times he would let her comfort him and he would repeat how alone he feels but would never give more details. Idk if it's true...if so, he definitely is in pain. something definitely happen seeing how he is touching the guy as if he's a girlfriend or something...the whole thing is just very sad

Is that true? What's the source? It would make sense because Gacy was involved in a huge pedo ring, which a lot of people don't know about. The media, of course, just went with "CRAZY CLOWN KILLS KIDS" but it was actually part of something much bigger than just one lone crazy guy.

Some children want to act. Leo was passionate about acting since he was a small child and probably did not view it as work. Children should be able to follow their passions without the risk of child predators and abusers!
