Goa is over 20 years old in the mean time. Time to have a retrodelic look! For this I dug in my huge cd & vinyl collection and decided to make a mix or 2 for every year for the period 1994-2014 to show the "new" generation of goa people how goa-trance evolved, and never really died ;)
This mix is - again - about 1997, mixed with 2 CDJ1000s and Pioneer djm300 (so no lap top mixing involved!).
After the 1997 - morning side, with pure melodic morning trance, I now tried to represent the more acidic, a little darker side of goa around that time! :)You'll see lots of more obscure tracks... Good music is not only from famous labels... you'll see ;)
Next coming up... The 1998 mix! :) This will feature only 1 mix I think... :)

Well, then you know the spirit of Suntrip Records! Suntrip is a half French, half Belgian record label, releasing Goa trance and melodic Psychedelic trance. Suntrip Records was set up in the summer of 2004 by Fabien "Mars" Marsaud, one of the founders of the Psynews.org website and Joske "Anoebis" Vranken, a famous Belgian DJ and party-organiser. They met for the first time in 2000, for a party gathering members of Psynews.org, then met regularly, sharing the same love for melodic Goa trance. Both of them now live in Belgium.
