Glider parks look so peaceful and quiet. And so much nicer than your typical small airport. Less lines and pavement and asphalt, more crickets.

Sorry, no idea where plans can currently be purchased. However, you could ask Herbert from the DVLL. I'm sure he knows more about it: dvll.de/der-vorstand/

It's a C42 model B or C from COMCO IKARUS GmbH: Two seater microlight with 100 hp and MTOW 472, kg .

A few years late, but. The ULF-1, which was the most common glider seen here, costs maybe 3000 Euros for plans and materials. Plus the tools and workspace needed to construct it.

Towing a glider with a trike? Never saw that one.

Yes, it's quite usual for light sailplanes. It was a two seated trike and had probaly more excess power than a usual microlight airplane, which are also usually used for towing.
